Plain language: we collect the minimum we need to deliver the audit, the retainer, or the ops engagement. We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers.

What we collect.

  • Name, email, company — submitted via the intake form or audit checkout.
  • Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number. We store the Stripe customer ID and engagement type.
  • Anything you share in calls or follow-ups — call notes, your tool list, audit deliverables. Stored privately.
  • Privacy-respecting analytics — Plausible. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
  • Roast tool submissions — when you paste your stack into the "Roast my AI stack" tool, we keep the input + output briefly for service quality. Email-tied submissions stay associated with your email.

What we don't collect.

  • No advertising trackers, ever.
  • No cross-site identifiers.
  • No social-login data harvesting.

Who we share with.

Only the tools we need to run the work:

  • Stripe — payments.
  • Cal.com — booking the audit call.
  • Supabase — database (engagement records, lead intake).
  • Resend — transactional email (audit confirmation, follow-ups).
  • Anthropic — runs the Roast tool. Submissions are passed to the API for processing.

We never sell or rent your data. We don't use your data to train external models.

How long we keep it.

Audit and retainer records: retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for accounting and tax purposes. After that, deleted.

Roast tool submissions: 90 days.

Newsletter signups: retained until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days.

Email hello@austinaiguy.com any time to request earlier deletion of anything that isn't tax-required.

Your rights.
