Terms of service.

Plain language: pay for the audit, retainer, or ops engagement up front. Deliverables follow. If something doesn't work, we'll fix it or refund it within the window below.
Who we are.
Austin AI Guy is an Austin, Texas-based consulting practice. Contact for everything: hello@austinaiguy.com.
The three offers.
- Audit + Success Plan · $750 — full audit of your current AI stack, a 90-day written plan, two follow-up office hours. One-time payment, delivered within five business days of the call.
- Strategy Retainer · $500/month — monthly 1:1 strategy session, deeper async work between calls, standing access. Month-to-month, cancel any time.
- Full Ops + Projects · by quote — implementation, custom workflow builds, AI agent construction, staff training. Scope and terms agreed in writing before any work starts.
The discount.
The audit's listed price is $1,500. The $750 price applies to Austin-area businesses and active Austin AI Club members. Discount is applied at checkout — no code needed for either category as of launch. If you're outside Austin and not a club member, email hello@austinaiguy.com and we'll decide case by case.
Refunds.
- Audit — full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the audit call hasn't happened yet. After the call, no refund.
- Strategy Retainer — cancel any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. You keep access through the end of the current billing month. No refund on past months.
- Full Ops + Projects — refund terms negotiated in the signed scope of work for each engagement.
Confidentiality.
What you share — your stack, your numbers, your vendor names, your internal plans — stays between us. We don't quote engagements publicly without your written consent. Case studies referenced on the site are either anonymized or used with permission.
What we don't do.
- We don't take vendor commissions or kickbacks for tool recommendations.
- We don't use your data to train external models.
- We don't sell or rent your contact info.
Liability.
The audit and retainer are advisory. We give recommendations; you decide what to ship. If you implement something based on the work and it breaks, we'll help you debug it — we're not insuring it. For Full Ops + Projects engagements with implementation, liability terms are set in the signed scope of work.
Changes.
If we change these terms, we'll email anyone with an active engagement at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
